Trying to find a venue for 12 families was harder then I thought it would be. I thought I had a building secured away and then I got bumped out for another even that was discovered had already been booked for that same night.
It took 3 months to find a new venue and it was only a week before the event! My families were so amazing and so patient to find out where they would be going. My thanks to Murray Library!

About CETUSA Utah
I am Jen Eames. I am a SAHM to 4 children. I am a coordinator for CETUSA in the Salt Lake Valley in Utah.
As a coordinator I place all over in Utah but my focus schools are Riverton and Herriman High. We have had 7 exchange daughters and 1 son. And I have placed and managed 49 students.
This blog is to showcase the students I have brought to Utah and placed in loving host families and the activities we do.
Although these students are in Utah, students can be placed all over the US. Contact me and I will direct you to who you should talk to in your area!
If you are interested in hosting an exchange student I can be reached via email jeneames@cetusa.us or my home office (801)520-2821
About the Program
The students come over for either a 10 month or 5 month stay. They will attend High School. Although they are fluent in English, when they arrive they will not feel confident in their English abilities.
Host family requirements: Love, food, bed, support. Students DO NOT need their own room. Its nice but not required.
Student requirements: Hard work, keep grades up, good behavior, personal spending money, school expenses, health insurance.
